The Misgav Venture Accelerator is a true seed-stage investor. We work with great ideas and entrepreneurs to establish and develop businesses to improve the human condition. Misgav is the first professional investor in our portfolio companies. Follow-on rounds for our portfolio companies often involve angel investors, strategic partners, family offices and/or venture capital.
When our portfolio companies raise additional funds, typically for the first time at about one year of age, much risk has been mitigated. But, with a much yet to be accomplished, risk remains present and valuations are low.
