The Tools of Success
At Misgav we maintain a very straightforward philosophy about survival: In order to survive, an incubator company must develop in its first year the tools it will need to raise money in its second year.
By the end of the first year the company must have the following in hand:
- Convincing proof that the technology or product works
- Convincing proof there is a market for the technology or product
- A business plan
- A plan for how to raise money during year two
We are focused on results and work closely with the portfolio companies and entrepreneurs to develop, strategize, commercialize, and succeed. |
